Terms for cancellations and refunds for the purchase of flight tickets.

- If the client decides to cancel the order 5 days or less before the date of the flight, the fine will be 100% of the cost of the flight ticket.
- If the client decides to cancel the order 6-10 days before the date of the flight, the agency retains its commission.
- When the order is canceled more than 11 days in advance, there will be no fine.
- If the client does not show up at the airport at the time of his/her flight, the order is automatically canceled and the money is not reimbursed to the client.
The refund is made in the following 15 working days, from the moment of the cancellation.
From the money will be subtracted the expenses associated with banking services and conversions.
These terms are included in the contract, but the charges for cancelling a reservation could be less.

Once the ticket has been purchased, the "Cayo 18" offer has no refund. Change in the date or the name of the client is not accepted.
The money from this offer is not refundable!!!
