Main provider

- If the order is cancelled 7 days or earlier prior to the pick-up date, the penalty is 100% of the rental amount.
- If the order is cancelled between 8 and 15 days prior to the pick-up date, the penalty is 3 days' rent.
- If the order is cancelled 16 days or more before the pick-up date, there is no penalty.
- If the customer does not show up at the rental point within 4 hours after the pick-up time stated on the voucher, the order is automatically cancelled and the money paid for the rental is not refunded. Excluded the case of delays associated with flight delays, for pick-ups at airports.

- If the client cancels the reservation 3 to 5 days prior to the Pick Up Time, the client is charged for two additional days of rental.

The refund will take place within 15 working days.
Bank wire fees and currency conversion charges are deducted from the refunded money.
