Terms for cancellations and refunds when renting cars with Transtur company (Cubacar/Havanautos).

Main provider

- If the order is cancelled 7 days or earlier prior to the pick-up date, the penalty is 100% of the rental amount.
- If the order is cancelled between 8 and 15 days prior to the pick-up date, the penalty is 3 days' rent.
- If the order is cancelled 16 days or more before the pick-up date, there is no penalty.
- If the customer does not show up at the rental point within 4 hours after the pick-up time stated on the voucher, the order is automatically cancelled and the money paid for the rental is not refunded. Excluded the case of delays associated with flight delays, for pick-ups at airports.

Provider for availability

- If the order is cancelled 3 days or earlier before the pick-up date, the penalty is 100% of the rental amount.

- If the order is cancelled 7 days or more before the pick-up date, there is no penalty.

If you are not be able to show up on time for collecting the car, you must call us and we will try to change your Pick Up Time!

Terms for cancellation of requests and refunds when renting cars with VIA company.

- If the client cancels the reservation 3 to 5 days prior to the Pick Up Time, the client is charged for two additional days of rental.
- If the client cancels the reservation less than 72 hours prior to the Pick Up Timeor the client fails to show up at the pick-up point, the client will be charged with the total amount for a 3-day-rent period..
- The No-Show will be called up if the client fails to show up for picking up the car within the next 4 hours after the indicated pick up time. (with the exception of the rental officesat International airports, where the car can be held up to 24 hours)

The refund will take place within 15 working days.
Bank wire fees and currency conversion charges are deducted from the refunded money.
